Crazy about Bees

We have been 'busy as bees' in Room 1 and 2 learning about Bees and creating DLO's. We have created videos about how bees make honey using either WeVideo or Google Slides along with Screencastify. We have also made QR codes of our videos and put them onto our wall to share with others.

Our display of QR codes for the videos.
An example of the poster with the QR code.
An explanation about the dance of the honeybee.

  1. Morena Hive of Learning,
I used the QR code reader on my phone to scan your QR code and saw one of your videos. I really enjoyed listening to your explanation of how bees make honey. I like how you went through it step by step. What a great idea printing out QR codes for a display in your classroom. Have you invited people in from other classes to scan your display and see your videos? Nice work team!

  4. Kia Ora Room 1, your work on bee’s is really cool. I love bee’s except when you get stung. I like to chew honey wax as chewing gum sometimes.

  5. Talofa lava, my name is Aryan and I am a student in Setoga class at Hay Park School. I really like how you wrote about bees. It made me think of getting scared when I saw a a bee and when I ate a honey. Have you thought about writing a sentence. If you would like to see my learning, please visit My Blog
